HOW TO REGISTER TO VOTE

• Register in advance or update your information for the 2026 Primary Election by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

• Register to vote by through the Maryland Board of Elections by clicking here.

WHEN AND WHERE TO VOTE

• Early Voting: Thursday, June 11, 2026 to Thursday, June 18, 2026,  7:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. Vote at any of the 14 Early Voting Centers located throughout Montgomery County. Click here for full list of sites or text EV and your ZIP code to 77788 to find the center nearest you

• Election Day: The Primary Election is on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Unlike early voting, on Election Day, you may only vote in-person at your specifically assigned precinct polling place. Find your polling place by clicking here.

VOTING BY MAIL OR BALLOT DROP OFF

• Any registered voter can vote by mail by requesting an absentee ballot.

• The deadline to request a ballot is June 16, 2026.

• You can drop-off your mail-in ballot at a ballot box near you. Find the nearest ballot box by clicking here.
